I finished the next installment, but I need a few days to sit with it and ensure I'm clear on certain points, because it's very weird, explaining why an Australian boy might (very reasonably) feel it was his social obligation to punch somebody. Because it sure did confuse my American friends, when they heard about it, and it frustrated me that they naturally assumed we're much all be violent lunatics.
I don't condone violence, but sometimes, some people could really benefit from a punch. Addendum: Unfortunately, you can't cure stupidity, ignorance, prejudice or evil with violence, no matter the temptation.
